Zomorod Hotel
This Complex is based in an area of 5100 square meter in Qom. The project was started in 2014. The most important in the project was the was triangle area and the multifunctional propose. The complex is surrounded by three main street which made it possible for independent access. The building site is near the Payambar Akram Street which connect the Holly shrine of Qom to Jamkaran Mosque, two major important religious places in the city. this surounding makes a beautiful view for the hotel. The substruction of this complex is about 65000 square meter which is consist of 17 floors and 3 underground floors for parking lots. 4 floors for commercial rpopose, 4 floors for restaurents and 9 floors for hotel rooms. This complex has been designed by White cube in cooperation of Asar consultants and is one of the biggest multifunctional projects in Qom till now.
