Firouzeh Residentiall Complex
This building consist of 5 residential units in 3 floors in north direction. The chalenge in designing was getting enough sunlight and make a balcony with plants that could avoid to being seen from outside. To reach this aim the placement of the balconies are perpendicular to each other. One unit balcony is in direction of building face and in width of the other balcony and it let the lights inside and also make green spaces for the sitting area of the building.
Land: 250 square meters
Subconstruction: 1022 square meters
