Yaser Complex
This building is based in a 558 square meter area and the substruction of 3600 saquare meter. The building was statred in 2014 as a commercial and admistrative complex. This project was of development and renouvation of a building which the fisrt and second floor of it consist of two small shopping and the parts had been uesd as a administrative. the position of elevators in the stairway and inappropriat entrance were the major issues in rebuilding. This building is placed in a most important commerscial street of the city and neighbourhood of the old part of the city. These two issues atracts the attention for this rebuilding and developing its functionality. Following the permission of building more floors for the building, a multi functional space with independent access for the top floors had been designed. The Brick texture and relief in contrast with stone texture has improved the vissuality.
