Negin Complex
This administravie and commercial complex had been designed in a triangle area. One of the major issue in desinging was the form of the area and multifunctionality. According to its palcement in one of the main square of the city administrational access has been palce in northern part of the building and seprated from commercial parts for better and easier functionality. The last floor is designed for a restaurent and has the seprate access from the ground floor. Having the view of the city in the restaurent is one of the major specification of the this project. This project has been palced in an area of 5520 square meter and subscruction of 3045 square meter and was operated in 2005.
