This project had been designed in land of 6 meters width. the chalanges in this design was short width of the land. making a fracture in direction of length gets the needed sunlight for the building and floors and also gives us the ability to put a stairbox with one arm in this fracture and use the maximum ability of the width. according to the limitation of subconstruction of the building floors, 3 levels had been designed for for the family usage. Fisr and third for the bedrooms, kitchen and living room and the guest saloon in the second floor. The building had been built in a land of 150 square meters and subconstruction of 456 in the winter 2011.
