This project had been designed in three floors. The direction of the land gives the ability to use the sunlight and also the heat of sunny days in winter by using a transparacy in south face. The construction of this building is from concrete and the air condition system designed to be provided by gaz chiller and the heating system by the heating boilers. The building is place in a land of 415 square meters and substruction of 1000 square meters. The project had been completed in 2009.
