Tafresh Villa town
In northern part of Tafresh in the lands of Amir Kabir University of Tehran is designed for a town of Villas for the professors other emplooyees. the separated parts of this town is lands of 1000 square meters with the dimension of 50 to 20 meters that has the permission for building a two floor stories of 150 square meters in each part.
According to the financial limitation of the project, the project had been designed in two pahses in order to control the costs and provide at least a space for living.
