Fasham Recreational Villa
This villa complex is placed in a land of 2760 square meters in the mountain of Fasham. The plan is to place the maximum number of the independent residential villas and also for extending the projects in surounding area. according to the difficult access to the site, the use of pre-fabricated was the solution that give the maximum speed to the construction phase. Each independent villa is placed in a land of 250 square meters and 100 square meters had been designed for each floor of the building with subconstruction of 165 square meters. The villa had been placed in such a direction that could get the most of the sunlight and also to avoid the possiblity of being seen from outside to respect the Muslim's beliefs.
