Baran Residental Complex
This complex had been designed in a land of 2495 square meters and 11 floors which consist of 60 residental units. the building direction is from north to south, therefore the light casting could be diffcult to design according to density of project. The other challenge was the numbers of the units, which the substruction of the building is 158000 square meters. For reaching the best solution the biulding is separated to two blocks and the general space are placed in the middle. Therefore with open space of the general space the building light casting would be appropriate and alos with the curve in the eastern part of the building the suitable entrance, view and light is provided for both blocks first floors units.
