Peyvand Complex
In a land of 8500 square meters that is belonged to one of House foundation, a residential complex had been designed with three blocks and high density. One of them had been built in the eastern part of the land. According to the management change of foundation therefore then plan is also changed to a commercial complex. The rest of the land where the project had not started before was delivered to the group. The man challenge of this project was the placement of the commercial complex beside a residential complex. One of the most important issue which had not been solved about the residential building was the access to th main routs and streets. The idea of design is based upon a yard that provide the access to the residential building and has the suitable distance to the commercial complex.
Despite the possiblity of the continuous mass design for the commercial building but due to making the good entrance for it from the main access to the site, the building has been separated in two parts for for making a access way to the residential buildings and the basement of the commercial complex.
separation into two parts had made two dofferent commercial spaces. The wider part is designed for smaller shops that gives more shop in numbers and in the smaller part the bigger shops for different services. At the end the turns of the smaller part makes a better view for the residential building and the main entrance of the site.
This commercial building has been designed in a land of 2700 square meters and substruction of 25000 square meters. The project is right now under construction from spring of 2016.
